Healing has been part of my journey since my early 20s, driven by a deep curiosity about the body, energy, and the interconnectedness of our physical and emotional wellbeing. I began my professional path in 2009 when I trained in Kahuna Bodywork—a deeply restorative, flowing style of massage that feels like a moving meditation. From the moment I received my first Kahuna, I felt its power. It was more than just bodywork—it was a rhythmic dance of breath, intention, and energy. I knew instantly that this was something I was called to share.

My practice has since evolved to include Mama Medicina – Holistic Womb & Abdominal Therapy, rooted in the lineage of Mayan Abdominal Therapy passed down by Dr. Rosita Arvigo and taught by my mentor Andrea Lopez. This sacred work honours the pelvic bowl and digestive organs as a centre of emotional, reproductive, and energetic health. It can ease period pain, support hormonal balance, fertility, digestion, and help release stored tension or trauma. While this work is especially supportive for women and those with wombs, it offers profound healing to anyone seeking to improve gut health, regulate their nervous system, or reconnect with their core. Having personally experienced the transformational benefit of this therapy for period pain, hormonal imbalances and emotional healing. I feel deeply connected to sharing this medicine with others.

Born and raised on the Mid North Coast, I returned four years ago to reconnect with community, country, and my healing roots. My work is guided by presence, intuition, and the heartfelt belief that touch is sacred. I love holding space for people to come home to themselves—body, mind, and spirit.
