Oceana Body Alchemy — a sacred space for intuitive, body-based healing on the Mid North Coast of NSW. My offerings are rooted in ancient traditions and guided by presence, intention, and care. I work with the body not just as muscles and tissue, but as memory, emotion, energy, and breath.
I offer Mama Medicina womb massage, abdominal therapy, pregnancy massage, and Kahuna bodywork from my home space in Repton and via mobile massage across Coffs Harbour and Bellingen, available Fridays to Sundays.

A rhythmic, flowing massage inspired by traditional Hawaiian healing practices, Kahuna Bodywork feels like ocean waves moving through the body. This deeply intuitive, full-body therapy supports nervous system regulation, clears held tension, and invites emotional release through breath, movement, and energy flow. A beautiful choice for those seeking reconnection, reset, and inner stillness.

Gentle and nurturing massage for women in all stages of pregnancy. This treatment eases discomfort, calms the nervous system, and helps you connect with your changing body and growing baby. Using safe, supportive techniques, it brings spaciousness and softness into your prenatal journey.
Meet Oceana
Healing has been part of my journey since my early 20s, sparked by a deep curiosity about the body, energy, and how emotions live in our cells and skin. I began practicing professionally in 2009, beginning with Kahuna bodywork and later deepening into womb massage, abdominal therapy, and pregnancy bodywork.
Clients often describe my sessions as intuitive, grounding, and nurturing. My hands listen more than they press — responding to what your body is ready to release, receive, or remember. My work is open to all bodies and all life stages — whether you're healing, conceiving, transforming, or simply seeking rest.
I was born and raised here on the Mid North Coast, and after time away, I returned to Repton to reconnect with community, country, and my healing roots. This practice is a love letter to that homecoming.
